- The primary objectives of the financial statement are not only to record the company's transactions but also to make the company's stakeholders helpful in decision-making. However, limited production resource is a standard issue for most companies, and how to allocate their resource to optimal efficiency is the management challenge.
  A financial statement is composed of a company's daily monetary transactions, and it implies that a financial statement is a good tool when a company wants to detect its resources and whether they exist effectively and efficiently.
  The course aims at those interested in learning about fundamental financial analysis for their company.
  The first step will introduce the basic financial concept, agency theory, and stewardship behavior requirement for the top management. Furthermore, the lecture will explain the relationship between the Accounting Equitation meanings and financial statements.
