依據職業安全衛生教育訓練規則第17-1條規定，起重機機操作人員應至少每3年接受3小時在職訓練。

1.消防知識及火災預防(2小時) 2.消防安全設備及防火避難設施(4小時) 3.員工教育及自衛消防編組訓練(3小時) 4.消防防護計畫(2小時) 5.測驗(1小時) 共計1.5天課程時間: *第一天課程時間:09:00~17:00 *第二天課程時間:09:00~15:00 --- 退費標準： 本課程依據職業訓練機構設立及管理辦法第16條規定:職業訓練機構辦理訓練，除法令另有規定外，得向學員收取必要費用，並應掣給正式收據。繳納訓練費用之學員於開訓前退訓者，職業訓練機構應依其申請退還所繳訓練費用之七成；受訓未逾全期1/3而退訓者，退還所繳訓練費用之半數；受訓逾全期1/3而退訓者，不退費。

1、法令依據：依105年09月22日新修正職業安全衛生教育訓練規則 第十七條第一項第八款特殊作業人員，每三年至少接受三小時在職教育訓練。 2、完成報名後，請傳真或mail堆高機結業證書或技術士證。

依「職業安全衛生教育訓練規則」第16條規定，雇主對工作場所急救人員，應使其接受急救人員訓練課程。但醫護人員及緊急醫療救護法所定之救護技術員，不在此限。 依「勞工健康保護規則」第15條規定急救人員，每一輪班次應至少置一人；其每一輪班次勞工總人數超過五十人者，每增加五十人，應再置一人。 但事業單位每一輪班次僅一人作業，且已建置緊急連線裝置、通報或監視等措施者，不在此限。 急救人員因故未能執行職務時，雇主應即指定具合格之急救人員，代理其職務。申請女工夜間工作事業單位，每班至少要有一名合格急救人員。 1.缺席時數未超過全部課程總時數五分之一，需補足缺課時數。 2.參加人員缺席時數超過五分之一者，以退訓論。 3.結訓測驗成績及格者由本中心發給結業證書。 【完成報名後請勿立即繳款，待課程承辦人通知繳費後再行繳款，謝謝!】
