企業營運時,需開立、取得合法稅務憑證,才能依法完成稅務申報作業,然而企業主與會計人員,常有不知企業收入與支出應如何開立、何時開立、如何備妥稅務憑證的相關困擾,尤其是當內外部會計憑證、稅務憑證衝突之時,哪些憑證僅能入帳而不能報稅,肇生企業主與會計人員的疑惑。透過本課程的解析,可協助企業主、會計人員掌握收入、成本、費用應何時開立、如何開立、如何取得與備妥相關稅務合法憑證,如:各式發票、進出口報單與海關完稅證明、小規模營業人收據、扣繳申報憑證與領據、經手人證明、載有憑證…等,並進一步瞭解會計入帳憑證、稅務申報憑證的差異性,以利正確入帳與申報稅務。
業務銷售需要技術層面的商業談判,更需要體察人心,只有了解客戶的內心真正的需求,才能有效達成銷售目的。本課程透過專業講師的觀察手法引導,並引用NLP的銷售話術,讓業務人員能成功突破銷售盲點提升業績。
因應2023年起,歐盟將採取「碳邊境調整機制(Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism,俗稱碳關稅)」,我國也宣示2050年淨零碳排的政策目標,並預計由環保署在2023年公布碳費徵收機制,與國際接軌。 金管會也於2022年1月預告「上市櫃公司永續發展路徑圖」採分階段推動,規劃於2027年全體上市櫃公司完成溫室氣體盤查,2029年全體上市櫃公司完成溫室氣體盤查之查證 金融監督管理委員會(金管會)也將原有CSR報告書,調整為ESG永續報告書,2023年起將要求上市櫃公司,編制和申報ESG永續報告書。雖然中小企業現行並未在要求之列,但隨著政府制定越來越多ESG相關獎勵措施,以及國內外供應鏈的減碳壓力,中小企業勢必將面臨ESG導入的壓力。 因應前述產業趨勢,本中心特開設中小企業ESG導入工作坊,協助學員能了解ESG相關概念,並理解GRI相關規範,且能初步進行ESG報告書架構撰寫。
